"the
Hawk-Vulcan"
My first pipe in 2001. A Vulcan as usual but with a very slight other touch on the shank mouthpiece curve. It is not a Hawkbill in any way but if you look at the curve it has this slight touch. I thought it upgrades the connection between the long curve of the shank and mouthpiece to the short curve of the bowlbottom from the vulcan. The pipe is very light and only showes 3 spots. One on the birdeye couvered bottom and the others on the shank. The grain is excelent and the overall size is somehow in the middle of Dunhill 3 to 4 pipe size. The curve gives a more childish look IMO and that is what I need :-) !! I am looking forward to smoke this one....
