my impressions of my last foto session at Ostermann's pipe shop. I pictured so much danish pipes. tons of Bang's and Hedegaard's and I saw the connections between the stem and the mouthpieces. So I decided to try a new shape with some line that flows from the pipe to the mouthpiece. A little assymetric but with a classical thouch. The line starts on the bowltop and flows to the mouthpiece. This one is a nice pipe to exercise hand sanding :-)

another funny thing is the grain on the left side. It looks like a big eye with some grain in it. I haven't seen such a grain often before.
